  • Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.
  • If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji22 in order to maintain a fair and secure environment for all users. Violations will result in permanent account closure.

  • Hacking the platform's software or using bots or automated betting systems.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

Any remaining valid balance will be returned upon account closure — however, balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to a breach of the rules.

  • Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
  • All decisions made by baji22 are final and binding.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to an international gaming mediation body.
